KoneCranes has stackers and reach stackers for all industries
Koncranes Lifttrucks will be providing information about forklift trucks, reach stackers and container stackers at the trade fair. The manufacturer of heavy-duty forklift trucks will be demonstrating how efficiency, cost-effectiveness and safety can be improved when handling containers and goods in the steel, timber and paper industries as well as in container terminals.
"To make it more practical, this time we have a forklift truck on our stand that you can touch," says Hans-Jürgen Haupt, Sales Director of Konecranes Lifttrucks Germany, adding: "And of course we are also focusing on Industry 4.0 and sustainability. We will be demonstrating the topic of remote data transmission with Truconnect and explaining details of the world's first hybrid reach stacker." The SMV 18-900C forklift truck with a capacity of 18 tons, a wheelbase of 3,750 millimetres and a stable box frame that enables the full capacity of seven meters lifting height with the standard mast will be presented. Like all lift trucks, it can be equipped according to individual customer requirements. The individual equipment also includes the use of Truconnect Remote Services, a focal point of the LogiMAT presence of Konecranes Lifttrucks. Truconnect allows the use of lift trucks to be monitored in detail online, including fuel consumption and the duration, distances or weights of various container handling operations.
