Model maintenance from Crown
Ergonomic further development of the GPC, MPC and TC series
Crown has revised the design of several order pickers and tow tractors as part of its ongoing model update. Specifically, the order pickers in the GPC and MPC series and the tugs in the TC series now offer various ergonomic enhancements.
This includes, for example, the fully suspended ergonomic platform of the operator's platform. The new suspension system absorbs shocks from the platform even more effectively and ensures that the operator is in good physical condition. This is a prerequisite for the safe and efficient operation of forklift trucks and leads to higher productivity and lower operating costs in the company.
The focus of the innovations is on ease of use. Crown has therefore expanded its extensive range of Work Assist accessories. For example, new magnetic storage boxes and new writing pads are now available. In addition to the tried-and-tested mounting bar for Work Assist accessories, there is now another optional version with integrated cable routing, which can also be used to attach powered accessories so that they are easily accessible and visible to the operator. Another highlight is the new display which, thanks to its size and sensible positioning on the truck, clearly shows the operator the most important operating data.
QuickPick Remote preparation for later automation of work processes
From now on, the three series can also be ordered in an optional version that is already prepared for Crown's QuickPick Remote order picking technology. This option is intended for customers who wish to retrofit newly purchased vehicles at a later date with the award-winning Crown technology to improve order picking processes.
