Bins/boxes/pallets

New containers and pallets for the trade

Utz

At FachPack, the Schüttorf-based container manufacturer Utz will be presenting a wide range of plastic load carriers, which are used especially in the retail trade by department stores or drugstore chains, but also in the expanding home shopping sector. Folding boxes with basic dimensions of 600 x 400 mm are particularly popular for supplying branches of well-known drugstore chains. The focus here is certainly on volume savings of well over 60% when transporting empty boxes. But the sturdy construction of the transport boxes, which are used both at the pick station and at the POS itself, are often strong arguments in favor of folding boxes made of recyclable plastic.

Home shopping is an important and rapidly expanding branch of trade for the entire Utz Group in the future. The Utz subsidiaries in France and England in particular have some interesting customer and country-specific solutions. At FachPack, the company will be exhibiting the Dollyfix transport system consisting of interconnecting transport dollies on which nestable containers can be transported.
