Dachser has acquired ACA International, headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. With this acquisition, the company completes its own air and sea freight network in the economically strong countries of Australia and New Zealand, which are also closely networked with Asia, Europe and North America.

ACA International employs 56 people and generated a turnover of around 75 million euros in 2021. The air and sea freight forwarding company was founded in 1982 and is privately owned. ACA International
provides integrated international transportation services to its Australian and New Zealand customers. The company places a strong focus on quality, expertise, innovation and collaboration, utilizing modern information technologies.

The company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, with two further offices in Sydney and Brisbane. In New Zealand, ACA International is represented in Auckland, Wellington and Hamilton. In addition, the
company also has another branch in Kansas City, USA. ACA International is also present in the Greater China region. However, the Chinese locations are not part of the acquisition, as Dachser has been serving its
customers in China with its own locations since 2003.
