By pooling their technical expertise and jointly developing the market, both companies are aiming for higher volumes and improved competitiveness.

"A fusion of strengths"

The merger brings various advantages for both parties: Safelog expands its product range and positions itself in a market that is characterized by increasing demand and technological innovation. For Stäubli, the cooperation opens up access to new fields of application and customers by embedding the high-performance AGVs in the extended context of the Safelog system landscape.

"Our cooperation with Stäubli is more than just a partnership; it is a fusion of strengths and therefore a milestone in our growth strategy," says Safelog Managing Director Mathias Behounek. "By combining our technologies, we can offer our customers tailor-made solutions for their specific requirements from a single source and expand our solution expertise to include additional applications."

"Benefit from economies of scale"

"Our cooperation is aimed at creating synergies that will enable both companies to grow faster and work more efficiently," explains Jan Louwen, Global Head of AGV at Stäubli. "Together, we want to benefit from economies of scale and gain additional market share. Our new mobile counterbalanced truck will be key to this."
