Trapo: Exclusive insights into complex automation
Trapo offers exclusive insights: From the trade fair stand, the team goes behind the scenes of Trapo automation.
Trapo was recently awarded the title of "Top 100 Innovator" for its particular innovative strength in the field of automation and digital transformation. These innovations are proving their worth in practice at Jermi. The primary-packed cheese is palletized at several palletizing stations: by a high-performance layer palletizer with a y-axis and one with a traversing axis (both HLP series). The pallets are transported onwards by automated guided vehicles (TTS series): for storage with the Trapo Warehouse Shuttle, for wrapping or for autonomous loading with the Trapo Loading System TLS 3600. TIM, the Trapo Intelligent Management System, monitors the processes. TIM selects free shuttles and sends them on the shortest or fastest route.
