Fully and semi-automatic weighing systems for intralogistics
Rhewa's presentation is under the motto "Intralogistics - weighing technology for warehousing, assembly and shipping". The new RHC8038 weighing systems for automatic or semi-automatic checkweighing with integrated control logic are based on the weighing frame 038
and the 83sigma or 84vario measuring electronics, depending on the requirements profile. The RHC8038 systems can be used for small containers (0.01 to 300 kilograms), while the 078 series is designed for high-load areas (up to 3,000 kilograms). The systems are supplied as ready-to-use modules and can be integrated into existing conveyor lines. Variable height dimensions, different belt lengths and the wide range of nominal loads and weighing ranges enable easy integration. In combination with the intelligent volume measurement technology, Rhewa not only demonstrates that all conceivable contours are cleanly recorded, but that the whole thing is precisely recorded and logged with the weight of the continuous scale. Load management is therefore a measurable and controllable task.
