Element Logic Germany takes over a³logistics
Element Logic Germany GmbH acquired a³logistics GmbH on July 1. According to the company, the acquisition supports and accelerates Element Logic's overall strategy as a provider of integrated intralogistics solutions based on the core product AutoStore.
"With a³logistics, we are proud to have a competent team on board that will immediately support us in implementing our overall strategy thanks to its extensive experience," says Armin Gesslein, Executive Vice President Central & Southern Europe at Element Logic. "This acquisition will strengthen the Element Logic Group, which operates throughout Europe. Our customers will benefit from a broader service portfolio."
The range of products and services offered by a³logistics includes logistics consulting, the engineering of integrated logistics solutions, software for controlling material flows and project management expertise. Some of a³logistics' employees can look back on up to 30 years of experience in the logistics sector as planners and consultants as well as in management functions. a³logistics also contributes valuable expertise and experience in the field of software development.
