Storing small parts in the AutoStore

Hörmann Logistik will be presenting current projects from a wide range of industries at its trade fair stands. At the main stand in Hall 1, Stand G45, the new intralogistics solutions for Bischof + Klein, Andechser Molkerei, Volkswagen AG, Kern & Sohn and the new automated small parts warehouse will be on display.

is the focus at Reinz Dichtungs GmbH. To expand capacity, Hörmann Logistik was commissioned by Reinz to build a new three-aisle small parts warehouse including four connected picking stations. With three highly dynamic storage and retrieval machines, over 240 containers can be stored and retrieved per hour. Hörmann Logistik will be presenting the innovative small parts warehouse solution with a demo grid at the AutoStore trade fair stand in Hall 1, L50. An AutoStore small parts warehouse with 14,000 bins, six autonomous robots and three picking stations is currently being implemented at Theegarten-Pactec to supply the assembly of packaging machines. AutoStore is characterized by a high degree of volume utilization, energy efficiency, expandability, direct connection of picking stations and compact storage space.
