Bizerba will be presenting hardware and software solutions for the fruit trade at Fruit Logistica in Berlin. The focus of the trade fair presence: machines for an increased level of automation in production and optimized throughput.

Digitization and automation
The company will be presenting dynamic checkweighers, label dispensers for automatic labelling on a wide variety of surfaces and software solutions for evaluating and optimizing ongoing processes. The hardware and software solutions are designed to support the digitalization and automation of your processes. Bizerba will be showcasing various solutions that can be used to make the profitability and quality management of fruit processing companies more efficient and simpler.

Automatic labeling
The CWFmaxx industrial checkweigher, for example, ensures packages are of the same weight. The modular LDI 20 labeler automatically labels unpackaged fruit and vegetables. The modular design of the LDI 20 offers a high degree of flexibility and enables the processing of different pack formats, pack and label sizes. Just as important: the software solutions, such as the BRAIN2 Portion_Control app, which detects underfilling or overfilling of fruit and vegetables to be packed in real time.
