Innovations in intralogistics
Sustainability and AI at LogiMat 2025
LogiMat will once again occupy all ten halls of the Stuttgart exhibition center. From March 11 to 13, global players, medium-sized companies and start-ups will provide an overview of the latest products and innovations in the intralogistics sector and offer solutions to today's challenges.
LogiMat opens the 2025 trade fair year for logistics experts, system developers and machine builders. The intralogistics world from more than 80 nations will once again meet in the ten fully booked halls of the Stuttgart exhibition grounds and the East Entrance area from March 11 to 13 this year. More than 1,500 international exhibitors, around 200 of whom are exhibiting at LogiMat for the first time, will be presenting their latest products, solutions and innovations for efficient intralogistics to trade visitors on over 120,000m2 of exhibition space. "Against the backdrop of global upheaval and the current far-reaching transformation in industry and trade, LogiMat has a special role to play this year," says LogiMat Exhibition Director Michael Ruchty from organizer Euroexpo.
For example, racking and machine manufacturers, system integrators and conveyor technology providers will be presenting new compact storage systems for pallets and container storage, new pocket sorters and system shuttles with new features. In addition to AI-supported automation and digitalization, the traditionally strongest exhibitor group is increasingly linking system performance with the topic of sustainability. Flexible system solutions with high energy efficiency and reusable components are intended to support the longevity of systems and the future viability of investments.
The latest developments in the field of picking robots can be inspected. In addition to shuttles for racked storage systems, several machine and system manufacturers will be presenting new and enhanced service robots for barrier-free in-house transportation. Automated guided vehicles, AMRs and carrybots will also be represented at LogiMat. In addition, the mobile robotics user forum will once again be offering expert, impartial advice this year. Exhibitors of packaging technology and suppliers of container and storage solutions will also be focusing on the sustainability aspect.
AI-based software
Software companies will be presenting the latest IT solutions for future-proof warehouse, transport and supply chain management. In addition to the coordinated control of efficient processes and cloud solutions, the focus this year is often on the modularization of systems as well as AI-based functions and algorithms for intelligent filtering and analysis of data. The trade fair is rounded off by exhibitors from the AutoID industry. In addition to the AIM-D's live event Tracking & Tracing Theatre, visitors will be able to examine the latest applicators as well as semi- and fully automatic labeling and label printing systems.
"In view of the ongoing challenges posed by digitalization, automation and geopolitical upheaval, we expect visitor numbers to rise again and are looking forward to three exciting days at the trade fair in Stuttgart," sums up Exhibition Director Ruchty.
