With this in mind, Lenze has continuously developed and optimized its working conditions. It is not without reason that "The Courage of Change" is the anniversary motto of the automation specialist Lenze. Over the past 75 years, the company has always been open to change and has played a pioneering role. Lenze is also constantly working on the contemporary design of working conditions and benefits for its employees. Based on the results of the Top Employer certification, the company is taking measures to ensure that it continues to offer a modern working environment in the future.

"2022 was a particularly challenging year with the war in Ukraine, the coronavirus pandemic and the overall economic situation worldwide. However, Lenze has emerged stronger from this year and this is primarily due to the outstanding team spirit demonstrated by our employees worldwide. That is why we are particularly pleased to have once again been named Top Employer Germany," says Oliver Hansper, Head of Human Resources at Lenze.

David Plink, CEO of the Top Employers Institute, says: "Exceptional times bring out the best in people and organizations. And that's what we've seen this year in our Top Employers certification program: exceptional performance from the certified Top Employers 2023. These employers have consistently demonstrated that they care about the development and well-being of their employees."
