Ehrhardt + Partners Innovation Forum: Smart Logistics, Cloud and Analytics
Networking, digitalization and the increasing intelligence of logistics systems are the challenges of the future. Ehrhardt + Partner (E+P) will be demonstrating at LogiMAT 2016 how these topics can be implemented in practice and remain manageable despite their high level of complexity.
and LFS.analytics, E+P will also be demonstrating a variety of new smart logistics technologies. Among other things, mobile and wearable devices - including virtual reality data goggles - will be available for practical testing.
In Stuttgart, E+P will be presenting how complex and networked warehouse environments can remain manageable today and in the future with the help of smart software and hardware. Above all, this is based on flexible logistics solutions. In line with the motto "LFS goes mobile", E+P has therefore optimized the warehouse management system: LFS can now be used flexibly on all mobile Android and iOS end devices, such as smartphones and tablets. The bring-your-own-device concept eliminates the need to purchase expensive industrial hardware and data can be accessed at any time and from any location. Together with its technology partner Ubimax, E+P will also be demonstrating how the use of smart wearable solutions can significantly improve the quality of order picking, for example.
