LIP Invest with new Director Institutional Clients
The provider of special real estate funds for institutional investors in the logistics real estate asset class in Germany recruited David Zimmermann to its team at the beginning of the year.
The 37-year-old capital market specialist and banking graduate has worked for Sparkasse Miltenberg-Obernburg for the past 20 years, most recently for several years as Head of Investments and Deputy Head of Trading. As Director Institutional Clients at LIP, David Zimmermann will focus on supporting existing investors, selling new fund products and acquiring new institutional investors in the DACH region.
David Zimmerman is a Certified International Investment Analyst and comes from Sparkasse Miltenberg-Obernburg. He also started his career there by training as a banker. Before graduating with a degree in banking management from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, David Zimmerman completed further training as a banking specialist and banking business administrator. In his role as Head of Depot A and Private Banking, he is responsible for the strategic management of the savings bank's own investments as well as for supporting and advising wealthy customers. In addition to a large network within the savings bank organization, David Zimmermann has numerous contacts with other institutional investors from his work on joint investment committees.
