Knapp Systemintegration GmbH in Leoben is one of the largest subsidiaries of the Knapp Group. In recent years, the company site in Leoben has mainly focused on the planning, development and implementation of solutions for the food industry.

The reason for the personnel change is the retirement of the former third Managing Director Franz Leitner, who is taking his well-deserved retirement after 17 years in this role.

Three new authorized signatories complement previous management

Werner Lichtenegger, Thomas Pötsch and Gerald Rosspeintner joined the management team in Leoben in April. In future, they will be responsible for project management, realization, sales and product management. The new members of the management team have many years of experience within the Knapp Group. The two managing directors Rudolf Hansl and Bernhard Rottenbücher will remain in their roles as managing directors and will be responsible for the areas of development, customer service, human resources, purchasing, finance and IT.

"Ideally positioned for sustainable growth"

Bernhard Rottenbücher explains: "We are delighted to have very experienced colleagues at our side with the three new authorized signatories so that we can continue to make the best decisions for the company and its employees. We wish our long-standing colleague Franz Leitner all the best for his retirement and thank him for his outstanding work."
