Insight into the world of KHT order picking machines
KHT Handhabungs- und Kommissioniertechnik GmbH specializes in the fully automated picking of small parts. The engineers in Gelsenkirchen developed the world's first picking robot at the beginning of the 1980s. The order was first placed by a
robots in the warehouse. At the same time, warehouse planning is optimized by a device for automatically recording the master data of small parts. The "space requirement measuring device", a dimensional measuring device from KHT with integrated scales, can be found in almost every mail order company today. A short time later, the team revolutionized the world of picking machines for pharmacies with the first picking machine with two handling arms operating in a common workspace. At CeMAT, KHT GmbH and Knapp AG will be presenting a compact, fast picking system. The little brother of the MultiScan 1200 presented at LogiMAT will also be celebrating its premiere at the trade fair.
