Advastore launches its first fully automated warehouse in Niederaula, Hesse, with an entry in the Guinness Book of Records. The start-up of Flaschenpost founder Dieter Büchel lined up 1,220 donation boxes with teddies over a distance of 427 meters and then sent the cuddly toys to four children's aid organizations. The previous world record for the longest row of donation boxes was 1,000. Sebastian Schloemp, Head of Marketing at Advastore , explains: "Our company was founded in the 12th month of 2020, so we wanted to donate 1,220 teddy bears." advastore let the public decide via its own website which children's aid organizations the cuddly toys should go to. The German Children's Fund, SOS Children's Village, Childs Horizon and Hegau Jugendwerk are now delighted with the teddy bear donations.
