SEGRO wins Philipp Oevermann as Asset Manager
Most recently, Oevermann was project manager at BEOS AG. He worked in project development and asset management for corporate real estate in the Rhine-Ruhr catchment area and was responsible for the acquisition and asset management of the Bergisch Gladbach Technology Park, among other things. Prior to this, Oevermann worked as a commercial real estate valuation analyst for Ocwen Financial Corporation in the USA and as an asset manager for Bilfinger Real Estate Argoneo GmbH in Berlin.
"I am looking forward to the challenge of working internationally for SEGRO and shaping the strategic direction of asset management for the Northern Europe division," says Philipp Oevermann, Asset Manager at SEGRO.
