Palmira achieves full letting near Warsaw
Palmira Capital Partners (Palmira), an independent full-service investment manager for European logistics and industrial real estate, has concluded a project development in the Warsaw area with two further rental agreements for a total of around 15,800 square meters of space.
The property, which was jointly developed by Panattoni Europe and Palmira, is now fully let. The property, which consists of four ultra-modern free-standing halls, has a total rental area of 68,700 square meters, of which only around five percent is office space. The location is around 30 kilometers southwest of the Polish capital. Another advantage of the location is its immediate proximity to the A2 highway. Warsaw's international airport is also only 35 kilometers away.
The developers concluded one of the new leases with the company HOPI, which now occupies a total of around 18,100 square meters within the property. Other users of the property are the Raben Group, which occupies around 41,650 square meters of space, and Arlgroup, which uses a hall with a total area of around 8,900 square meters.
