New lease in Cologne: Logivest advises Desinn Tec
Logistics real estate consultant Logivest has brokered 6,400 square meters of warehouse and office space for Desinn Tec GmbH in Cologne-Niehl. The company has already moved into the space.
The logistics service provider, which focuses on customers from the Asian region, was looking for a new property with good connections. The property is located in Cologne-Niehl and is also well connected to the former location in Neuss thanks to its close proximity to the A1 highway and the Cologne-North freeway junction. This was a particularly important aspect for continuing to serve existing customers from the region.
Thanks to the revitalization of former industrial areas, there are always areas in Cologne Niehl where new logistics buildings can be constructed.
Good connection and 24/7 admission
"Good connections to highways and trunk roads are essential for logistics. Cologne-Niehl's immediate proximity to the A1 and A57 highways makes it a top logistics location," says Till Conrads, Consultant Industrial & Logistics Letting at Logivest NRW GmbH.
The rented warehouse, which consists of around 5,600 square meters of storage space and around 800 square meters of mezzanine space, is a property with 24/7 access in the Cologne-Niehl industrial estate. A spacious maneuvering area as well as nine dock levellers, two ramps and a ground-level gate ensure easy access.
