Cleaning technology for the material flows of tomorrow
At CeMAT, cleaning equipment manufacturer Nilfisk GmbH will be demonstrating how its solutions for floor cleaning, industrial vacuum cleaners and high-pressure cleaning meet the requirements of future manufacturing organizations. The HACCP-compliant SC500 scrubber-drier is available with a scrubbing width of 53 centimeters and a
theoretical area performance of 2,650 square meters per hour on larger areas at home. The new development impresses with its economy and cleaning efficiency: the automatic fresh water setting ensures uniform cleanliness by always applying the same amount of water and cleaning agent to the floor. The update of the MH 4M hot water high-pressure cleaner line delivers professional cleaning power. The top-of-the-range motor-pump unit with slow-running motor guarantees a water output of up to 1,000 liters per hour. The product family has many technological refinements to reduce operating and maintenance costs. For example, the certified EcoPower heat exchanger ensures an efficiency of over 92 percent and water temperatures of up to 150 degrees.
