The versatile and high-performance AXiA EM is available with a load capacity of 1.2 and 1.6 tons and is designed for loading and unloading high racks, order picking and replenishment transport.

With state-of-the-art ergonomic principles, precise handling and exceptionally low operating costs, the AXiA EM offers maximum flexibility and productivity.

The range is available in three versions: with folding platform plus optional folding side guards; with fixed platform and access from the side or rear; with fixed platform with guards and access from the rear. All versions provide excellent progressive damping to protect against vibrations. The models with a fixed platform even offer the option of electrically adjusting the damping to the weight or preferences of the individual user.

Thanks to a large selection of mast types, the truck can be used for a wide range of applications. Lifting heights from 2,690 mm to 4,200 mm can be achieved with duplex masts and from 4,350 mm to 5,400 mm with triplex masts.

The AXiA EM has an optional initial lift, which allows it to be used both as a double-deck truck for transporting two pallets at the same time and - thanks to the increased ground clearance - as an operator-friendly truck on uneven floors.
AXiA EM is optionally available with a lead-acid battery or integrated lithium-ion battery, which enables fast intermediate charging and therefore maximum vehicle availability in intensive 24/7 operation.

Smooth, precise control

The AXiA EM has a robust four-point chassis and a drive system that stabilizes the truck and provides smooth, stress-free handling, ensuring safe working and reducing the risk of injury and accidents.

The ErgoSteer tiller head is as robust as it is intuitive to operate and is suitable for all operating conditions thanks to its protection against water and dust. As the "most ergonomic tiller head on the market", it has been designed to reduce operator fatigue and the risk of injury, thus avoiding unnecessary - and costly - sick leave.

The AXiA EM can also be used flexibly thanks to its different operating modes: "EASY" is ideal for sensitive goods or inexperienced operators thanks to its lower acceleration and softer braking. "ECO" optimizes power consumption to enable the longest possible shifts with consistently high performance. "PRO" is designed for intensive high-performance use.

The Controlled Cornering System prevents hazards caused by cornering too quickly by detecting the angle of a bend at the start of the maneuver and dynamically reducing the speed at the start of the bend and during the turn, thus ensuring safer and more consistent cornering.
