The MABS can be integrated into any type of conveyor system and offers ground-breaking performance in terms of speed, compactness and flexibility. It does not require pneumatics and is instead powered by 24 V DC, which brings significant advantages in terms of installation, safety and maintenance.

The MABS can handle loads of up to 30 kilograms in a range of shapes and sizes and is available in five sizes, with each module easily reconfigured to meet changing requirements and up to eight units can be combined to create larger transfer zones.

90-degree diverter and sorting module

The MABS is combined with the industry-leading compact 90° diverter and sorting module F-RAT NX from Itoh Denkis. The F-RAT NX is also powered by 24 V DC and is available in several sizes. It can transport products at a 90° angle on both sides without lifting the product, ensuring smoother transportation and a simpler conveyor design.

In conjunction with ZPA (Zero Pressure Accumulation) conveyors, MABS and F-RAT NX offer the highest levels of precise product positioning and transfer. This means they are perfect wherever there is a need to maximize throughput without compromising quality or safety on busy automated sorting lines.

Another innovation is the flexible conveyor platform idPAC (Itoh Denki Point and Click). By combining energy-efficient, high-quality hardware with a customized software package, idPAC enables customers to bring conveyor lines together, change sections quickly and easily and monitor their performance.
