Smart solutions with AGVs from Egemin
Under the motto "Smart, networked, global - Logistics 4.0", Egemin Automation, the KION Group's automation expert, will be demonstrating how international logistics projects can be led to long-term success with the help of integrated material flow concepts. The solution expertise will be illustrated using the example of the
new driverless transport vehicles E'gv Compact Counterbalance. By networking them with automated material flow and storage systems, smart solutions are created that make complex requirements manageable. The new E'gv Compact Counterbalance vehicle type is a good example of this. The compact version with counterbalance fork carriage is ideal for transporting standard pallets. With its low mast, the E'gv Compact Counterbalance is also designed for lower clearance heights of 2,032 millimetres. Navigation takes place via an integrated navigation laser scanner, which uses reflectors previously mounted in the room to determine and check the location.
