The aim of the collaboration is to offer customers across Europe a broader range of efficient and flexible automation solutions. "With Hai Robotics, we have gained a strong partner that ideally complements our AMR portfolio and supports us in further advancing automation in warehouses and distribution centers. Together, we can offer an expanded range of goods-to-picker picking systems and enable our customers to choose the right technology for every need," explains Pas Tomasiello, Vice President General Management at Dematic.

With Dematic in Europe as the preferred integrator and the subsidiaries of the Kion Group, Hai Robotics is now available as a new supplier option for AMR solutions. The partnership is based on a comprehensive framework agreement covering training, quality standards, documentation, warranty, spare parts supply, liability and delivery terms. In addition, both parties will benefit from close technical and operational cooperation. Dematic will have access to training and certification programs, while regular meetings for knowledge sharing, joint project development and practical testing will further deepen the cooperation and promote the development of innovative solutions for customers across Europe. There will also be the opportunity to visit Hai Robotics' reference sites in Europe and present practical application examples to customers.

The cooperation with Hai Robotics adds another AMR and technology provider to Dematic's existing partner network, with whom Dematic continues to drive the integration of both established and new AMR solutions.
