3rd prize 2016 - Pancake turner with dough divider "Delícia":

The original, shown on the left, is manufactured by Tescoma, Zlin, Czech Republic. The plagiarism on the right is manufactured in China and distributed by Dobry, Czech Republic. Before the jury selects the winners, the alleged plagiarists are informed of their nomination and given the opportunity to respond. Over the years, numerous imitators have sought an agreement with the original manufacturer before the jury meeting and, for example, remaining stocks of plagiarized and counterfeit products have been withdrawn from the market, cease-and-desist declarations have been signed or suppliers have been disclosed.
