Rhewa: Fully and semi-automatic checkweighing system
Sorting and classifying items is often necessary, for example when different parts are assembled or machine parts are produced.
These sets can be checked with the KS-33. The parts can be placed on the sorting belt manually or via a feed system. The target values, including the tolerances, are then either stored in the scale control system or fed in via the ERP system. The checkweighing system decides whether the goods meet the requirements. The direct sorting scale version then sorts into the appropriate container and indicates the result with a traffic light. The KS-33 system can be used for small containers (0.01 kg to 60 kg), as a stand-alone solution or inline. mm
