Fully integrated weighing technology in assembly and logistics processes
As a result of increasing ergonomic requirements, the need for weighing technology is growing in areas of application where it was difficult to implement in the past. Lift tables are an example of this. If, for example, a pallet is to be brought to an ergonomic working height and the weight, target quantity or completeness is to be determined and recorded at the same time, either a standard floor scale or a special floor scale is placed on the lift table. Rhewa takes a different approach with its weighing frame 078, which has been specially designed for this task. This modular weighing system adapts to the requirements and is customized at Rhewa's production site in Mettmann. According to the manufacturer, the advantages for short delivery times and high product quality with extremely high cost-effectiveness are convincing. The integration of weighing technology into lift tables works independently of the respective manufacturer and can also be retrofitted to existing lift tables.
