It will start in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In the coming months, the cooperation will be gradually extended to all other European countries in the Alltrucks service network.

Through the cooperation with Krone, Alltrucks is further expanding its position as the largest independent European commercial vehicle service network on the market. As a result, both the commercial vehicle workshops connected to the Alltrucks network and fleets benefit from a cross-brand 360-degree product and service offering at OE level.

Ralf Faust, Managing Director and Head of Commercial Vehicle Service at Fahrzeugwerk Bernard Krone GmbH & Co. KG, sees great opportunities for both sides in the collaboration: "The new cooperation with Alltrucks represents a win-win situation - for our customers, for our service partners, for Alltrucks and for Krone. Maximum customer satisfaction is our top priority. That is why we work hard every day to offer our customers not only excellent product quality, but also excellent service quality. A close-knit and highly qualified workshop network forms the foundation for this service claim. With its full-service concept and over 700 service partners in 14 European countries, Alltrucks has achieved an excellent performance in recent years in terms of qualification, training and support for high-quality commercial vehicle workshops. With this cooperation, we are also well prepared with regard to our Celsineo cooling unit in terms of training, spare parts supply and heavy current expertise. Accordingly, we will put together training packages with Alltrucks for all Krone products and Celsineo. Thanks to this cooperation, our customers and partners now benefit from new, decisive added value."

Homer Smyrliadis, Managing Director of Alltrucks, also sees immediate added value for both sides as well as great opportunities for the future: "Companies today recognize the increasing importance of services as a decisive success factor. Against this background, we are particularly proud to be able to shape this path into the future with the Krone Commercial Vehicle Group as one of the world's leading trailer manufacturers. It is in our DNA to develop and introduce valuable and sustainable concepts and services. We will also do this with Krone for our joint customers. At the same time, we are expanding our expertise and thus the range of services for our workshop network. We look forward to welcoming Krone customers to our workshop network in the future. Based on the new premium service offer Alltrucks Fleet, they can use the exclusive and brand-independent services within the Alltrucks network."
