At SPS, ABB will be showcasing products and solutions for machine, plant and control engineering that increase energy efficiency, reduceCO2 emissions and open up potential for optimizing processes.
For example, the manufacturer is offering the expected IE6 efficiency class in a magnet-free SynRM design. With the new efficiency class, the proven technology achieves a level that, according to the manufacturer, has 20 % less energy loss than comparable IE5 motors. For efficiency optimization at system level, the company offers systems for energy and load management that automate energy optimization and control. Simple and seamless connection to the cloud is also possible with the comprehensive range of data processing and connectivity products. New products for development, validation and implementation support end users who need to remain competitive in volatile markets and in the face of shorter innovation cycles. To this end, the company offers customized applications for specific requirements.
