AR Racking builds warehouse for document logistics

The Slovakian company Dokument Logistik specializes in optimizing the process flow and filing management of documents. AR Racking - represented by its official Slovakian distributor Veneone-, built the new high-security storage system during the design and installation of its conventional pallet storage system at the Senec site in the Slovak Republic.

In the Dokument Logistik warehouse, which covers an area of 1,265^m2, AR Racking has installed the AR PAL conventional pallet racking system with 47,900 storage positions, a storage system designed to store pallets mechanically using forklift trucks. With this system, pallets are accessed via aisles running parallel to the rows of racking. Its versatility also allows different load units to be stored in the same system.

For María José Castilla Martínez, Sales Manager for AR Racking and Project Manager: "With this installation, we have made optimum use of the maximum height of 11m. It also enables fast, direct and immediate access to each individual pallet, where these entrusted documents are stored in the Dokument Logistik warehouse at the Senec site."

Kamil Ynucko, Veneone's General Director, assures that "radio frequency identification (RFID technology) allowed us to solve the problem of difficult access to the top shelves due to the height of the structure."
