New warehouse for bouillon and patties
The Klinkhammer Group is building an automated high-bay warehouse in silo design with two pre-zones, an automated container warehouse and a refrigerated warehouse for the Swiss food company Hügli at its largest production site in Radolfzell. All types of mixed dry products, such as soups, are primarily stored here,
sauces, bouillons, seasonings, desserts and ready meals. Hügli Nahrungsmittel GmbH is investing around 30 million euros in the expansion of its Radolfzell site in Germany. The new building, in which the Klinkhammer Group is implementing the intralogistics, includes production with a connected automated high-bay warehouse with over 11,000 storage spaces for raw materials, packaging and finished goods. A 2-aisle automatic container and small parts warehouse (AKL) with around 8,800 containers, a manual refrigerated warehouse with 300 pallet spaces and several handling areas for order picking and filling with weighing and mixing of raw materials are also connected to production by means of conveyor technology.
