will also be presenting its product portfolio of RFID labels and tags. With the exhibits on the stand, Waldemar Winckel from Bad Berleburg is focusing on the identification of objects in logistics networks. The cross-industry platform solution uses the latest developments in information and communication technology for event-based process management," explains Winckel Managing Director Jörg Bald. "By combining the advantages of RFID technology with the requirements of Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things, AMIA optimizes information flows throughout the entire supply chain and opens up further efficiency and optimization potential." In the field of labeling products, identytag will be presenting the possibilities offered by state-of-the-art production methods for the manufacture of new, application-oriented RFID labels and tags. To this end, identytag commissioned a globally unique production facility in mid-2015. This enables the company to offer the market the production of application-specific information carriers that are particularly resistant to heat or chemicals or - for difficult applications - can be manufactured with special high-performance adhesives.
