Katja Preydel,

Merger: Roqqio is now Remira

Remira, an expert in supply chain and omnichannel commerce, has completed the integration of Roqqio and continues to drive forward the standardization of its brand presence. In future, customers will benefit from an end-to-end offering across the entire value chain - from planning to sales.

With the merger with Roqqio, Remira added the Commerce product area to its overall portfolio at the start of 2022. In addition to checkout and store merchandise management solutions, this also includes the Commerce Cloud for connecting brick-and-mortar retail with online retail. Since December 2021, Remira has been actively working on merging the two companies and thus also on networking its software solutions.

The merger of the two companies has already resulted in numerous synergies and plans for the further development of the Remira portfolio in the first few months. One example of this is the new counting function for inventory sampling with Statcontrol Cloud, which is now available via the Remira Instore app and thus makes a significant contribution to the digitalization of the entire inventory process. Last year, the new solution already enabled users from a wide range of industries to save a significant amount of time during stocktaking.

With the integration of the Roqqio website into Remira's brand identity, the merger of the two companies has now been officially completed. The overarching goal is to use intelligent software solutions to optimize the supply chain and promote omnichannel retail by linking all online and offline sales channels. This creates a seamless customer journey with optimal product availability and a user-oriented shopping experience. Remira has also set the course for a successful future internally.

The numerous Remira customers will benefit from this: Across all product areas, the company is committed to consistently high quality in customer care, development and support. "The positive feedback we are receiving from our customers confirms that we are on the right track with our strategy," reports Stephan Unser. "By merging under the Remira brand, we are providing customers with an even better range of solutions that are perfectly tailored to the needs of modern retail, logistics and industrial companies."
