Digitalization of intralogistics and production
With Nexy, Steute has developed a radio-based automatic material retrieval system (AMS) that ensures a seamless flow of data and information in intralogistics and production.
The system forms a "digital twin" of the physical material flow. The material stations and supermarkets of digitized production can be integrated into this wirelessly networked system, as can mobile "locations" such as AGVs, dollies and eKanban racks. At Logimat, the provider used a demonstrator to show a configurable dashboard. The current operating status of all sensors is visualized in real time. Suitable overviews can be displayed on any number of monitors. All that is required is a standard browser. The Nexy app was also shown for the first time in Stuttgart. Among other things, it enables the teach-in and management of all components in the field directly on site.
