The Jade-Weser Port's goods distribution center is growing: Peper & Söhne Projekt is designing a new logistics property. "Atlantic One" should be ready for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2019.

Real estate developer Peper & Söhne Projekt from Bremen is currently designing a multi-user hall on a 2.6-hectare site at the entrance to the freight distribution center. Construction is scheduled to start next spring. The multi-user hall will be offered in small and medium-sized spaces of 500 to 4,500 square meters for logistics, transport or VAS services. Marketing will be handled by the company Robert C. Spies Gewerbe und Investment. The total area of the hall is 12,000 square meters and can be divided into up to nine units. Up to 745 square meters will be taken up by offices. Ten ramps and three underground yards with a total of ten dock levellers are also planned for the project.
