The 48-year-old Marc Langlois brings extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of business development, sales and management in both the business and private customer markets to his new role. In his previous management positions, he was Business Unit Director (Sales, Marketing & Operations) for Retail & Security B2B at Sensormatic by Johnson Controls and worked as a manager at Robert Bosch, including as Business Developer EMEAI for 3D Printers & Laser Cutting EMEAI and as Country Manager Rotary Tools for Southern Europe and Africa.

Marc Langlois holds a Master of Science degree in International Trade (DESE) from the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers (CNAM) and a degree in Cycle Marketing from the Higher Institute of Marketing (ISM) in Paris.

"Marc's expertise in a range of highly innovative industries and his proven track record in technology-related B2B sales will help us achieve our ambitious business development goals in the French market," said Maurizio Catino, Executive Vice President Global Sales & Solutions at Interroll.

Langlois succeeds Gilles Calvez, who stepped down from his role as Managing Director at the end of 2020, but will continue to support Interroll internationally as Business Development Director for the Smart Pallet Mover (SPM) from January 2021. "We thank Gilles for his outstanding commitment and contribution to Interroll's success story in the French market. At the same time, we look forward to continuing to work with him to further strengthen our business in production logistics with innovative solutions," says Catino.
