Based in France, Ekaterini joins the company's management team and will be responsible for the entire operational business for shippers.

As a digital freight forwarder, sennder offers shippers access to a networked fleet of thousands of trucks. Ekaterini will continue to drive forward the digitalization of the industry by expanding the platform and optimizing services for existing customers.

In close cooperation with sennder's carrier team, Ekaterini will analyze sennder's customer pool in order to offer increasingly tailored services to the individual needs of different shippers. This is particularly important in view of the strong growth of the company, which already has 8 branches in Europe, in order to adapt services to local market conditions.

Ekaterini has more than 30 years of experience in the logistics industry, most recently as Euromed Sales Director at GEFCO. Here she managed a team of 120 employees and was responsible for the distribution of industrial, automotive and consumer goods in Western and Southern Europe. Prior to her 20 years at GEFCO, Ekaterini held various positions at Kühne & Nagel, Nestlé, Martin Brower France and Air France.
