Katrin Suder to take over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Post AG
The Supervisory Board of Deutsche Post AG plans to elect Katrin Suder as Chairwoman of the company's Supervisory Board following the Annual General Meeting on May 2, 2025.
Suder is to succeed Nikolaus von Bomhard, who has decided not to stand for re-election. The Supervisory Board therefore discussed the succession at its ordinary meeting.
Katrin Suder, Supervisory Board member and Advisory Board member with a focus on digital transformation and sustainable technologies, was elected to the Board for the first time on May 4, 2023. The physicist and expert in artificial intelligence was a management consultant at McKinsey for several years and later State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Defense. She was also Chair of the Federal Government's Digital Council.
The Supervisory Board has also decided to propose Ingrid Deltenre and Lawrence Rosen) for re-election to the Supervisory Board. Ingrid Deltenre was elected to the Supervisory Board in 2016 and is a member of the Executive Committee, the Personnel Committee and the Nomination Committee. Lawrence Rosen is a member of the Finance and Audit Committee and has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2020. At the Annual General Meeting on May 2, 2025, it will be proposed that Ingrid Deltenre be elected for a term of office of three years and Lawrence Rosen for a further four years.
