Ferag and MakroSolutions merge

Ferag and MakroSolutions are pooling their expertise. The merger is intended to strengthen innovation and customer service.

Ferag, a leader in logistics and packaging solutions, is pleased to announce its merger with MakroSolutions. This strategic union aims to further build on the strengths of both companies in the graphic arts industry and offer their customers an expanded and more innovative service portfolio.

The merger with MakroSolutions, a renowned automation solutions provider, brings additional expertise and resources in automation, robotics and digitized processes to the Ferag family. This synergy will allow Ferag to expand its capabilities in the use of leading technologies and serve its customer base with enhanced services and customized solutions: Across plants and technologies.

As part of this merger, Ferag is introducing Matthias Höwer as the new Managing Director Intralogistics for the Central and Eastern Europe region. With over 10 years of experience as a managing director in intralogistics, he has extensive expertise in the successful implementation of projects in the areas of industry, production, retail and e-commerce in both small and large companies.
