Glove scanner

Daniel Schilling,

Interface to WatchOS

At this year's Logimat, Proglove will be demonstrating the interaction of its glove scanners with watchOS for the first time on German soil. This is because smartwatches are also being used more and more in industry.

Proglove is now responding to this trend with an SDK provided for watchOS. This will be presented at the trade fair. It is easy and convenient to use. Users connect to their smartwatch with a simple barcode scan. They are then immediately logged into an order picking application, for example, and are then visually guided through their work process. This includes information such as the location or the number of items to be picked. The picker can also make adjustments, for example to the number of items. The new multi-scanning functionality and the extended photo feature are further highlights of the trade fair presentation in Stuttgart.
