Both the coronavirus years and 2022 have shown that our values and foresight are paying off. Thanks to our passive house company building, we are hardly affected by price increases in the energy sector; our customers and project partners do not have to fear increases in daily rates. With our individual solutions, we have always had to be on the market earlier than our competitors, which has always allowed us to be more flexible, faster and more forward-looking. I am particularly encouraged by our employees, who stay with the company for a long time; this allows us to retain know-how and pass it on to the next generation.

We are growing - the anticipation and confidence of uniting many new experts under our roof is correspondingly great. The more employees join us and live the TUP spirit, the greater my courage for 2023 and the years to come. The uncertain geopolitical and economic situation will have an impact on economic growth and private situations. The existing fears in the market and financial world will make the labor market more difficult for employees and further exacerbate developments.
