DB Schenker launches VIP after-sales service
DB Schenker has launched the La Conciergerie service and now offers personalized 24/7 customer care for the world's leading luxury fashion brands.
With the new service, the logistics service provider offers, among other things, exclusive on-demand delivery of sensitive and urgent fashion goods. "With our new La Conciergerie service, we are expanding the luxury experience of end customers from the product to the quality of the services surrounding the product," says Torben Kock, Global Head of Vertical Markets Consumer & Retail at DB Schenker.
La Conciergerie's customized after-sales services are now available 24 hours a day, seven days a week via DB Schenker's global network. The offering also includes transportation and logistics services for store openings and redesigns, fashion shows, press events, fashion exhibitions and roadshows. It is also aimed at online retailers who want to increase customer satisfaction through personalized, high-quality VIP service deliveries while maintaining a consistent brand experience.
DB Schenker has been a partner to the fashion and retail industry for many years. The logistics service provider recently opened a 4,000 square meter warehouse in Stabio, Switzerland, strategically located in a bonded warehouse close to the production sites of the Italian fashion industry. Several of the major European airports can be reached within a few hours, including Paris, Frankfurt, Zurich and Milan.
