Christoph Schwarz new Director Intermodal Europe at TX Logistik
Troisdorf, 14.06.2018 - Christoph Schwarz will become the new Director Intermodal Europe at TX Logistik AG in Troisdorf (NRW) on June 16. In future, he will also be responsible for the further development of European seaport hinterland transportation at TX Logistik. Schwarz succeeds Jörg Nowaczyk, who is moving to the Rail Cargo Group.
Schwarz previously worked for the Swedish shipping company Stena Line GmbH. For the German branch, he was most recently responsible for the development and expansion of intermodal transportation and shipping logistics activities in Central Europe. His responsibilities also included the marketing of conventional rail car transports via the rail ferries from Sweden to Germany.
"We are convinced that Christoph Schwarz's experience will further strengthen TX Logistik's market position in European freight transport," emphasizes Berit Börke (CSO TX Logistik AG).
TX Logistik was founded in 1999 as a private rail transport company. With around 500 employees, the company generated an annual turnover of 250 million euros in 2017.
