"The move to Panattoni Park Ansbach enables us to further expand our presence in the Nuremberg area and grow strategically," says Managing Director Ralf Sauerborn. In the modern new building, the company is renting two hall sections with a total of 22,000 m² of warehouse space, in which a 1,600 m² mezzanine area and a total of 17,500 high-bay storage spaces will be created. 1,000 m² of office space will also be rented. Each hall section is equipped with 10 ramps and a ground-level gate. Elsen is creating around 30 new jobs at the new site in the immediate vicinity of the city of Nuremberg and with direct access to the A6 and B13.

The Group's logistics division has been active in the Nuremberg area since 2014 and acts as a logistics partner to the Siemens Group, among others. Elsen manages a total area of 19,000 m² in its own multi-user warehouse in the Nuremberg-Feucht industrial estate.
