IP Gansow presents the new generation of ride-on scrubber-driers
IPC presents the CT 80 ride-on scrubber-dryer with Advanced Productivity Control, EcoFunction and data storage. This new small ride-on scrubber-drier represents a new generation of scrubber-driers designed to optimize the cleaning process, save energy and reduce costs.
of resources and maximizing productivity. The Advanced Productivity Control system continuously measures the tank content and automatically adjusts the water quantity via an actuator. A small process computer constantly generates forecasts based on the current machine data such as: Travel speed, water consumption, working width and much more. These are projected onto the large display on the control panel as information for the operator. The operator can thus influence the productivity of the machine by changing the travel speed or water quantity. For simple cleaning tasks with a lightly soiled floor, the operator can reduce the speed of the suction motor by 20 percent by pressing the Eco switch. At the same time, the travel speed and the amount of water to the brushes are also reduced by 20 percent.
