Tugger train maneuvers safely through the aisles
The focus of the trade fair presentation by transport equipment manufacturer fetra is on pallet chassis as a tugger train: fetra has thus achieved a major advance in product development. Until now, users have had the option of moving the pallet trolleys in a train using a drawbar and coupling.
fetra has perfected this system with the pallet chassis as a tugger train. This innovation can be used in warehouses and production halls where several vehicles were previously required at the same time to load and unload goods at different locations. The tugger train can be easily maneuvered through aisles and corridors with one tractor. A maximum of five chassis or a maximum of 3,000 kilograms can be moved in one train. Proven products such as the pallet chassis, the order picking trolley and the dump trucks complete the range. The product developers have also slightly modified the dump trucks: From now on, they will also be supplied in anthracite gray as standard.
