Still expands "Xcellence" portfolio with three new storage technology devices

With the EXV 10C-16C, the EXD 18C-20C and the EXH-L 16-20, Still is expanding the storage technology portfolio of its Xcellence Line with three new appliances for efficiency and ergonomics with particularly compact dimensions. Storage areas are being used in an increasingly compact and space-optimized manner. Fast work is essential when loading and unloading trucks, supplying production lines or storing and retrieving goods. At the same time, health and safety requirements are increasing.

IFOY award-winning tiller concept ensures safe and intuitive use

With the EXV 10C-16C high lift pallet truck, the EXD 18C-20C double-decker high lift pallet truck and the EXH-L 16-20 low lift pallet truck, the company is expanding the warehouse technology portfolio of its Xcellence Line with three new devices: they combine efficiency and ergonomics, are easy to maneuver in small spaces, narrow aisles, elevators or trucks thanks to their compact dimensions and are intuitive and safe to use thanks to their IFOY-award-winning tiller concept. In addition, the modular concept of the Xcellence Line allows the appliances to be customized to the customer's needs. In addition to a wide range of equipment and accessory options, customers can choose between various safety features and different energy systems.

High efficiency in a small space

With the EXV 10C-16C pedestrian pallet truck, Still wants to fulfill its customers' desire for a warehouse assistant that is easy to operate and can be manoeuvred safely and precisely even in confined spaces. With its high residual capacities and a lifting height of over five meters, it also enables effective warehouse compaction. Thanks to the stable 4-wheel chassis, the EXV 10C-16C has a secure footing even when negotiating tight bends, while smart safety features such as Dynamic Load Control always adjust the lift height to the current load. Different drive programs and the optional initial lift ensure flexibility in use, while rounded fork tips make it quick and easy to thread the pallets. The EXV 10C-16C is also available as a lithium-ion version - for particularly high availability and, thanks to the permanently installed battery, the most compact dimensions in the series according to the company.

When it comes to space/time utilization, the EXD 18C-20C double-decker pallet stacker is second to none. The maneuverable warehouse helper finds its way even in narrow aisles, can be steered precisely and can transport up to 2,000 kg. In addition to 1,000 kg on its wheel arms, it can effortlessly lift a further 800 to 1,000 kg on its forks. This makes it particularly effective where large quantities of material need to be moved in a confined space and in a short time, for example when handling stacked pallets or unloading trucks with intermediate floors. The EXD 18C is optionally available with a mono mast - for even greater safety, precision and ergonomics thanks to an unobstructed view of the forks.

Two-in-one: The EXH-L 16-20

The EXH-L 16-20 low lift pallet truck provides efficient and safe support for goods transportation and order picking. It not only transports up to 2,000 kg easily from A to B, but also lifts them ergonomically and safely to a working height of up to 761 mm - optionally with the Autolift function. A sensor detects the top edge of the loaded goods and raises or lowers the picking lift as soon as the load is unloaded or added. This ensures a back-friendly posture and ergonomic operation at all times. According to the company, lithium-ion batteries guarantee a long operating time with low energy requirements and can be charged and recharged flexibly and quickly using the optional built-in chargers.

All three appliances are equipped with the IFOY award-winning STILL tiller with OptiSpeed function. The smart OptiSpeed system automatically adjusts the travel speed to the tiller's angle of inclination, enabling speed-optimized horizontal transport and an ergonomic working position. The tiller is also equipped with large control buttons, is easy to operate with just one hand - left or right-handed, large or small hands - and can control all driving, lifting and steering operations simultaneously. The large LED or touch display in the tiller head provides the operator with all relevant information about the vehicle and load, such as the battery charge level, operating hours and the current driving program.
