Transport system with integrated drive

The LT 40 conveyor system developed by Montech AG is characterized by its fully integrated and compact drive technology. The drive with a diameter of just 60 millimetres, which is integrated into the shaft, has no interfering contours and moves the conveyor belts of the LT 40 almost silently.

Both ramp travel and changing the transport direction are possible. The LT 40 transport system consists of a double belt system on which the individual workpiece carriers run at a speed of up to 20 m/min. These have a load capacity of up to 16.8 kilograms and can be equipped with RFID. LT40 is available with square and elongated workpiece carriers in six different sizes. The Swiss conveyor technology specialist offers a three-year warranty on all components.
