The 2200 LPZ articulated conveyor belt with its robust, one-piece frame design is designed for a wide range of applications. Where other conveyor belts do not fit, it can be positioned under machines thanks to its slim and narrow profile. The abbreviation LPZ stands for Low Profile Z-Frame. Another impressive feature is the simple, infinitely variable adjustment of the conveyor belt, which is equipped with one or two angles. Tensioning the belt is uncomplicated thanks to our rack and pinion principle. The V-guided belt guarantees precise belt guidance. Additional equipment such as height and width-adjustable side guides, various individually customized belt variants with cleats and corrugated edges make the 2200 LPZ folding conveyor belt variable.

Technical specifications of the articulated conveyor belt 2200 LPZ:

  • Standard belt load up to 30 kg
  • Standard belt speeds up to 57 m/min
  • Standard belt widths: 203 to 610 mm
  • Standard belt lengths: 1,097 to 4,000 mm
  • Adjustable angles: 35 to 60 °
